Shadow Work Prompts
Imposter Syndrome
When you're afraid that one day everyone will realize you're not as capable as they think.

The next time you catch yourself thinking “Maybe I'm not good enough,” pause and ask yourself, “Is this actually true, or is this the fear talking?” Write down one thing you've handled well, one thing you've learned, and one thing you've accomplished that you normally minimize. You don't have to force yourself to feel confident, you can simply start giving yourself credit for what is already true.
